Semester II – Institutional Training
Students of Semester II are required to undergo 21 days of institutional training during semester holidays in organizations such as banks, insurance companies, trading firms, manufacturing and service organizations, auditor offices, and other financial institutions to gain practical exposure.
Semester IV – Project Work
In Semester IV, students undertake a research-oriented project in Marketing, Finance, or Human Resource Management under faculty guidance. The project involves analytical study using primary and/or secondary data with appropriate research methodology and statistical tools.
Students must submit a comprehensive project report, and selected high-quality reports may be recommended for publication in journals or conference proceedings. The project is evaluated through report assessment and viva voce at the department level as per prescribed criteria.
