We offer structured programs that focus on physical fitness, skill development, sportsmanship, and mental well-being. Through regular training sessions, intercollegiate competitions, our department organizes and participates in various tournaments and events, including national-level competitions such as the Khelo India Youth Games and university competitions conducted under the Association of Indian Universities, giving students a platform to showcase their talent at higher levels.
